YADA YADA HI DHARMASYA GLANIHI....!

The Lord said, "To establish Dharma, to demolish Adharma, I will come again and again "- Bhagavad Gita 4.7.

What is that Dharma that makes the Lord to descend to establish? 

~The Dharma of the Self- peace, harmony, love, respect & happiness, demolishing greed, hatred, jealousy, anger, vengeance, selfishness...within everyone of us to regain our land of Hasthinapur(Shanthi Nagaram).

To establish righteousness Lord need the place like Ayodhya-where there is no war, the ruler like Dasaratha - master of the 10 sense organs, pure like vasudeva & devaki, place like Brindavan- surrounded by Basil plants, meaning healthy, undiseased mind.

The Lord was ever available to the Pandavas; whether at the time, when they were trapped in the house of wax or at the Mahabharat battlefield or at the time when Draupadi was struggling to save herself from dushasan and to feed Rishi Durvasa and his disciples. Why did the Lord go to them? Because they had lived the life of righteousness. Similarly, if we could live a life as pandavas, we too can have Lord with us.

Who are this pandavas & Draupadi? To save them, to get their place, why Lord had become even the charioteer? 

-Truthfulness, courage, mindfulness, worrylessness, friendliness are the 5 and a strong decisions to put an end to all vices, are the required living values to make the Lord to be with us, not just as concepts but as a lifestyle with our right speech, by our purity and by serving. So, if we want to regain our land of Hasthinapur- Shanthi Nagaram, we need to cultivate that 5+1 qualities.

If we have these qualities as a living reality, even when we are given barren land, we can make it 'Indraprastha' - the place of Lord indra. On the otherhand, if we are blind behind our emotions like Dhridrashtra, blindfolded intelligence like Gandhari, greed like Duryodhana even Hasthinapur, otherwise called as Shanthi Nagaram will become a place of restlessness, peacelessness, jealousy, hatred, crookedness....in spite of having, highly talented Dronacharya, highly powerful Bhishma, equally valorous Karna.

Let's fight the war with 5 great qualities having the 6th quality as a base, guided by the Lord within us..

~remaining as HIS instrument in establishing the Dharma of the Self, 

~nullifying all the negative qualities protecting the Dharma of the Self &

~Living happily thereafter, protected by the Dharma of the Self.
